Welcome to Bootcamp Babes and FitMama Headquarters. Bootcamp Babes can be found on Mercer Island, between Seattle and Bellevue, at the south end of the Island. We work out 3-4 days a week depending on the time of year and programs running. Bootcamp Babes is a bootcamp class with a difference, each class you attend will be like no other before. The class is fun and filled with the most amazing women making the most of their ‘me’ time and definitely making the most of their bodies. The classes are suitable for most people but if you are a complete beginner the FitMama program may be more suitable for you. The classes will challenge you using a variety of equipment including TRX, BOSU, boxing, body bars to name a few with a different format every class, providing an always changing format that works best for fast, noticable and sustainable results.
Babes in action, go girls go!
Bootcamp Babes will continue to operate at Island Crest Park (we meet in the car park), Definitive Dance Studio and at the Islander Middle School for the 6am classes when it is light outside. We prefer to meet outdoors wherever possible and make the most of nature’s Vitamin D but if the weather is doubtful and you are unsure where class will be held please check your e-mail if you are on my list or the website before leaving for class.
The class format provides a challenge to all levels of fitness.
Bootcamp classes are drop-in, last for a little over one hour and cost $10, punch cards are available for 5 classes @ $50 and 10 classes @ $90. Your first class is free.
